The hotel has stunning surroundings with mature palm trees and waterfalls but lacks easy access to nearby food options. The rooms were absolutely stunning and well-appointed, but we were disappointed to find German cockroaches. The service was personalized and went above expectations, although there were some lapses in attention. The dining offered a wide selection of delicious food but could feel repetitive after multiple days.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were cozy and nicely decorated in traditional Thai style, offering a fantastic view of the lagoon. The only downside was the considerable walking distance from the lobby.

Staying at the hotel was an amazing experience overall. The incredible views over the lagoon from the balcony made our stay truly special, and the free shuttle service between resorts in the Laguna and the canal village was a convenient bonus. The peaceful mornings and evenings on the balcony were unforgettable, although the distance from Patong and Phuket Town might be a drawback for some. But the lovely location on the Laguna with fun activities and a short walk to a gorgeous beach more than made up for it.
I was blown away by the beautiful loft room that had both an indoor shower and an outdoor bath, spanning two floors with amazing views. The space was huge and impeccably clean. However, I did find the service lacking a bit of warmth and consistency in the restaurant, which impacted the overall experience.

The lazy chairs on the terrace and the surprise of an outside shower added a nice touch to the experience. Staying at Dusit Thani was a delightful experience with its tranquil individual huts offering a traditional Thai ambiance alongside beautiful lagoon views. The service was impeccable and the location was ideal for exploring the surroundings. However, there were some dining disappointments that affected the overall stay.
The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms, which was amazing as it allowed our daughter to crawl around easily. The proximity to the lagoon on the 1st floor provided a lovely view.
